...one for the record books!!

Shawn didn't show up to the gig, so we had to call in some reinforcements!!  With only an hour or so to spare, we were able to find a bass player for the show - Rob from The Screaming Cucumbers.   We threw together a list of songs and prepared for the worst.  In fact, it all came together without a hitch!  OK, well, maybe not without a hitch - there were a few hitches here and there - but overall, this was one helluva fun show!!  Rob did an outstanding job - especially considering we've never played together as a band before!  Totally professional!!  We owe him big time!!  THANKS BUDDY!!

Along the way we called in a few more friends to help us make it through the night - Kurt Boyd from Photograph, who helped us on vocals and also on Bass guitar, and our lighting god, and longtime OCH crew member, Steven J., who hammered out some seriously hardcore rock vocals!!  Damn - what a fun show!!  Thanks guys - You ROCK!

And we did it in front of the largest crowd we've ever had at Bub's!!  We're not quite sure what the headcount was exactly, but there was a line out the door for awhile!!  As Scott, the owner of Bub's told us at the end of the night, "They just kept Coming and Coming!".  (We're hoping he was talking about the crowd!!).  Seriously, thanks to everyone who came out to see us - we sincerely appreciate it.  We wouldn't be here Rocking out every week without you...

There are many more tales to tell from this unbelievably memorable show...  but you'll just have to go to the VIP area or the message board to see/hear those juicy details...
